Ask Yourself

"How do I know if counselling is right for me?" If you are unsure about what counselling can offer or perhaps you are not sure if your problems and challenges are not big enough to need counselling - then consider the following questions. We hope to have enough information on this site to help and guide you in the right direction; to what works for you.

Our counsellors are happy to answer any questions you have. Click on the Contact Us button to fill out the enquiry form. All questions are welcome.

Have you been feeling this way for a period of time? Do you feel worse than you have previously? How are you coping with what is happening for you right now?

UPDATE: Please note that due to high demand this service has a minimum wait time of 6-8 weeks. May 2022
